    Internet hubs etc.

    Hey guys,
Moving back to the folks for a short while, will be setting up my wireless router at the far end of the house as we have an apartment studio room above the garage, before we moved out we had it set up with an Ethernet cable running via the roof over the house to the very front room in the house so Mum and Dads computer is wired in via Ethernet cable, The old man has now got himself a laptop and got rid of the desktop completely and I wouldnt mind having a wireless connection downstairs.

ANYWAYS I was wondering is there such thing as a wi fi hub I can connect to the Ethernet cable downstairs that would enable it to be a Wi Fi connection?

If that doesnt make sense I can make some crude diagram in paint haha.

Yah thought about this also but a router is about $80 and if a wireless access point is about $45 then its alot cheaper
