On Theocracy that I know of has ever been worth a damn, even the ancient Islamic states these idiots bang on about was not dominated by the church of Islam. Wanting to go back to that is madness and its something I'd violently oppose.

Of course the 'stupid tossers' want to be in charge, if you look a little closer at the church state separation I think you will find the people took back a lot of control with things like the peasants revolution etc, and it was this taking back control that separated the state and the church. Gets rather complicated but when an 'elite' have control advancement is stagnated, guess its logical really because once you have control change can only be a threat to your control. The history might be complicated but the logic is simple.
