They recommend CPU: 2.4 Ghz RAM: 1 Gb Video Card with at least 256 Mb of RAM
wouldnt that be a 256mb gfx,s card and a gig of ram ?

I'd def agree with 1Gb of ram being minimum. The game requires about 800mb of ram while playing. I'm using a 97pro for graphics - have everything turned down - seems ok.

Tonights match was good (Dragon Valley). We got the win, had some fun using the LAV to take village, even had to swim the river at one stage. Was overshooting with the M203 which was a pain, but got the range in at the end Our Helo pilot and gunner owned - good old blackhawk whoring. I think most of the fight was happening up at the power plant from the looks of things.

Must listen to the shoutcast when its avail.

Just turn the pixel shaders off...
I think that is what is holding the GF series back with this one, or so I've been told

Yes, but your hard disk will be churning away trying to swap memory in and out. When I play the game, my disk activity light barely flashes at all.

Sorry to dig up an old thread, BUT...

After I finally got the demo installed (thanks Curious George!) I loved it so much that I brought the game off someone on TM for $30...

Now I just need faster internet and I'm away laughing!

Could I come and see someone play it please? I would prefer that than buying it just yet

Shit, I've forgotten your other handle, what was it again?
Glad you like it, did you find the original problem as to why you couldn't install it?
