    Ebay - Sucks

Anyone notice how you can``t contact a member, any more.

Example:Item comes up, been looking for for years.
As the seller had only ticked ,the prelist of country's that comes up, for overseas shipping. Japan, Uk , USA, Europe, Australia etc.(were not on the list)
if your not on the list, you can`t bid or contact the member, very frustrating as , as he was ok with ozzy, he would have shipped to NZ i`m sure.

I've got rellies in the USA (father in law is a biker) - they might be willing to receive and forward something if you pay em - they're in Colorado.

usually when that happens I just buy it then request a shipping total asking how much to ship to NZ given that they ship to OZ.

I go to ask a question, and do it through there.
If they arent prepared to send it directly to you, throw up a post on here, and ask if anyone has a contact that would be prepared to receive and forward the item for you. Ive done this on other forums, and never had a problem

Yer ,most of the above i agree, and have done in the past. But i think you will find there`s a recent change (2 weeks maybe) to the program. Can`t bid, can`t contact them if not listed for worldwide.
Maybe it`s because i first register in the UK? Have good feedback etc

When you bid "Your not on the approved list of country's". When you try contact "Seller is unable to respond, blah blah"
Second time/item , same blocks. The last one listed Australia as a postal destination.

Can anyone send a message on this-

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ducati-1098-...98146996079491

    or search Ducati-1098-1198-triple-clamps-30mm ebay.com

If it`s not Just me i`ll go on the Ebay Discussion Board.

That's why you can't contact the seller in this instance. Until they open up the auction to world wide you can't message them. It's something they'ce chosen to do, not Ebay.

Ok if that is the case, it`s a change and not a good one from my point of view.
When you list an item forsale, from Usa!
    There`s options

    1_No International

2_A short list of countrys just tick the box: Uk, Europe, Japan, Australia, USA,etc. But not New Zealand.

3_Worldwide, ....you know Uzbekistan,Nigeria, New Zealand etc

I personally think anybody that chooses option 2, (Includes Australia ) would ship to Nz, always have when i`ve asked. But you can no longer contact them F&*%!#& annoying. In the example above, he may not want to ship overseas as option one was chosen, and fair enough.

Comments from anyone who has contacted a seller(Last 2 weeks), or bid on a item, not listed Worldwide, appreciated.
