    1987 Kawasaki GPX 250

    WOF until June.
Reg on hold until 30th of April.

Have receipt for $700 for service of bike.
    New Valve floats were $200
    Labour was $300
New air duct between airbox and carbs were $75
Rest was oil/anti freeze/nuts and bolts.

Video of bike running after service here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HFbN_qt3HGs

Bike has a bent left fork. It can most likely be straightened but a set of straight forks will be supplied with bike. I don't have the time or tools to put them in right now.

Won't put it on trademe until I get the forks in (if I ever do).

Front tyres loses pressure through the valve stem which has been worn. $5 part.

    Bridgestone BT45 front and back.

    Zero gravity double bubble screen.

Selling as it doesn't get used as often as it should.

Would make a great learner and commuter bike.

Photos to come soon! Check my profile and signature for a couple of photos. Photo in the album was when I first got it. Has a few battle scars since then.

Someone actually asked about the bike so here are the photos.

Took it for a quick run around the block and it is running fine. A little slow returning to idle but I am looking into it.

New forks have been fitted. Another shock is on the way as the old one is worn out.

Bike runs fine when warm. Only appears slow to return to idle while warming up. Could also be due to the fact is was sitting for awhile.

Price change up to $2000 to reflect work being done to it. Couldn't let it go for any less at this stage.

As you can probably see in the photos the tank has a dent on the left side. The photos make it look worse than it is. I had no idea it had the dent until Zerker came to look at the bike and pointed it out to me and told me how obvious it was in the photos Barely noticeable unless you are looking for it.
