Coro Loop - Saturday 28 July

any interest for a Coro run on Saturday

Would be weather dependant - but the forecast is positive.

Would be an early start so that we get home before dark.

Register interest here - not interested in riding alone.

Open to suggestion on direction - but I figure anticlockwise would be the way to go, give the western side time to dry.

.... back in green and feeling great ....

Watch out for crap on the road as there have been a lot of slips since the weekend all round the loop. The Works cleanup crews don't completely clean up the clay. Coromandel town was cut off yesterday for a while!

Not me... I'll be down in the middle of the North Island for a full weekend of adventure riding...

it was only a matter of time wasn't it. Mind you even on a Harley I wouldn't be surprised if you are still quicker than me.

When we left Coro for Hastings this morning, had to go the long way round as the Thames coast road was blocked. There was a big slip last night so don't know how long it will take to clear. Part of the Coro Hill is single lane with crap all over the road as they're clearing a slip there too.

    Hey bud,

Some of us are meeting at BP New Market at 11am tomorrow for a ride up North. Coro isn't recommended at the moment as the earlier posters have noted.

Be nice to see you if you can come?
