Newbie to the forum, and somewhat to dirtbiking (BaptistBen)

    Hi there guys and girls,

Names Ben im a 29 year old automotive technicain from auckland

First started riding a quad bike i was given by my father in-law,

however Ive seen the light and have been riding a dirt bike for a couple of years now, started off on a 95 KTM 250EXC, was an old tank but got me on two wheels, i said when i bought it id give it a year then either look at flicking it off and looking into other hobbies, or flick it off and upgrade,,

    the KTM

obviously I chose to upgrade, and ended up with a 2004 Honda CRF250R, with a few trick bits, has a pro-circuit exhaust, Black excel rims and Gold hubs, pro-circuit engine cover, Black plastics with Monster graphics, and a Hump seat with gripper cover,

it had 94 hours on it, with only 20 on a full top end rebuild (it also came with over $4500 in reciepts since the guy bought it in 2006)

    Heres me and my bike

Im mainly a forum lurker, but do need some advice here and there, so i think the search function will be my friend,

Anyway nice to meet you all, and hopefully when i do ask a question its not too stupid haha

    Cheers

    Ben

    Cheers mate,

yeah is a good looking bike, was what attracted me to it in the first place, the guy selling it didnt advertise the fact that it had the excel rims and hubs or the pro-circuit engine cover, so was stoked to pick it up for under $3000 when i went to look at it,

Dude how do you manage to keep your gear so shiny and clean with all that mud flying round? Do you have an invisible protective force field around you
