Riding with no gear at all (Christchurch)

I saw this guy riding with no gear on today by Riccarton mall. I thought at first it'd just be a funny addition to the sandals thread, but when I carjammed the plates it came up as a Keeway 50cc (suspicious?).... A7GEW, of course I only have this shitty image to go off as I wasn't looking for the plates at the time.

It was good enough to win 1st prize in the "Non Japanese " class at a rally recently.
How I dont know, but it got more attention than the Harley and Victory cruisers in the same class
I think it had something with appealing to the women voters.

Holy Crap, why don't you just ring the Gestapo and get them to pop around and "disappear" him so that his hand-less corpse can bubble out of some liquefaction in the next earthquake?
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?
