Anyone wanna help me write out a letter to get off a fine which I believe to be unjustified/unfair?

Basically it's for passing with less than 100m visibility which is bs because i had more until I was cutoff by the cager

how exactly did you get cut off by a car if you were over taking and where where you doing it? Motorway? etc etc some detail will help

coromandel road heading back down to thames, went to pass on the right and they turned right into a rest stop area but no indication was present by the cager, not even brake lights

I would just pay the fine and be done with it IMO..

Otherwise if you irritate them enough they might just bump it up to dangerous driving

just get your docter to write you a note, you had 100m visibility, but you are short sighted.
