    Yes, he certainly has abilities.

    best you recheck that.
    if the lap record is 1 minute, then 110% of 1 minute would be 1 minute, 6 seconds.
    110 being greater than 100.
    a new lap record would mean getting around in 90% of the previous lap record (54 seconds)

    anyone able to ride within a few seconds of lap record pace is a legend, thats what Onearmedbandit is getting at!
    We'd all be at least 30 seconds off the pace if not more!
