Paper. Plus the old ladies xtra email isn't set up on my computer at the moment (new hard drive). So can't check to see if we received one via email also.

The other the reason it looks legit - is that it takes effect from the date my monthly cap refreshes.

I struggle with 2 teenagers on my current 80GB cap - so we will see how the new cap goes.

Ouchy... shame I can't let you have me excess. Can you roll over the link, no clicky, in your email and see if it points to the telecom site? Or something entirely different. I have no doubt that the offer is legit, just wondering why mine isn't pointing directly to the telecom site is all.

Although we're helping destroy the planet by receiving paper bills/letters, we do refuse to accept circulars in our letterbox. What we do receive makes great compost for the vegetable garden at my sisters place. Glad to see we all make an effort!

Legit I believe. They doubled us a few months back. Rang help desk for something and the woman I spoke to said "Would you like your data doubled for free?" "Sure" says I and poof, I had double the broadband ... at no extra cost.
