do you have access to a digital multimeter and peak voltage adaptor? first thing you should check is the voltage output from the power coil from the engine crankcase will be a black wire with red stripe should have a output of 100 volts when measured with peak voltage meter. the output from the pulser coil under the left hand cover on the end of the cam (has CDI cast into it usally) should be 7 volts when measured with peak voltage meter. also have you removed the spark plug cap and tryed checking for spark from the end of the coil lead to the head, the plug caps do fail from time to time. if the cap and coils check ok it's time to find some one who will lend you a cdi to try in place of yours. also unplug the kill switch wire and try for spark the kill switch wire is black with a white stripe.
