Bit of an update after all in union meetings today,numbers down to 45 that are going and they have offered a few good incentives to help some on there way so somewhat positive.Had 2 job offers which makes it very tempting to take the bait and call it a bonus as there hell bent on the 8 hour 5 day a week thing,who knows...

Well thats sorted,thankfully both of us kept our jobs,sadly theres still about 18 to go and the poor buggers have to wait around another week until they find out.If ive learnt anything from going through this its just how completly selfish people can be at times,and as for unions whilst i see theres a place for them there only as good as the guys running them and in our case what a fucking shambles,7 of the people yet to go can thank there union for costing them there job.
