    Cool

    Hey Slipstream.....

How about having another party in the summer months.. and then all of us up this end of the island can do a run down there together... and all crash at your place and party hard.

But of course you still have that double dare to complete first.

Just an idea for you....to think about.

Do you use the cans of malt extract? That's what I've been doing. I dunno if you've tried it, but if you use 1 can of malt extract and only make 11.5 litres of beer with it (or 2 cans and make 23 litres) in stead of using dextrose or sugar like lots of the kits suggest, it tastes a lot less like wine in my experience... But it seems it has a slightly lower alcohol percentage. I'm currently trying a batch of 2 cans of extract and 1kg of dextrose and making about 26 litres.

Also, if you pour it in a glass or jug, the powdery shit won't get mixed through so much than if you drink it from the bottle.

Hopefully the next time that work send me down will be when the weather is better and I can bring my bike down.
