    23rd Anniversary

The co-pilot and I celebrate 23yrs of marriage in a few hours. We've been shacked up for 25 and we continue to like each other and remain best mates.

    My girl still:
Resets the trip meter when we fill up, checks the oil, lubes the chain, pays for the fuel occasionally, massages my neck and shoulders when we hit a 50 zone, sings when we go flat out, gets shitty if I don't take her for a ride, is invisible on the back, cleans my visor, takes amazing action photos while hanging off the bike like a sidecar swinger, bought me my Thunderbird, looks excellent in leather and does a hot Xena.

Janet is the one person on the planet I'll get rotten drunk with and say 'I love you maaaate'.

Oi ofcourse he's not my dad. If he was I would have my parts by now and wouldn't look half as good as I do.

    (PT ofcourse)

I'm more than happy to confirm it.

I've had to do that sort of thing on more than one occassion.
Not so long ago i faced a paternity suit from a woman claiming there could only be one father for this kid.
I was worried - he does resemble me in parts.

You're right. Those ears do look a bit familiar...

Thank you all - and yes Zed, that's kinda why i posted it - so often you hear blokes refer to 'the wife' and joke about it being like 'a sentence'. And women can be worse.

    It all starts with respect.

Sounds like you got your life partner from the same factory as I did, we were a hot item in 1974 and and just as hot now (although I can't compete in the long-marriage stakes, C.B and I only got married in 2001).

Congratulations, great to hear another man is happy in his marriage, top stuff.

Congrats Dave. I hope to get to meet you one day - feel like I know you from this site and from talking with Mark Corbitt who's one of my good mates.

Hamish and I hit 20 years of marriage in October, been together 21 years. We'll be in Melbourne at the MotoGP for our anniversary - I might have to buy my bikes some carbon fibre to celebrate!
