Kidney belts?

I don't see how it could possible hurt to try and see how it works for you Maha, may just get a tad warm in the summer months but small price to pay for experimental purposes.

I stopped in at a bike shop today and tried a few on, settled for a Thor Belt that feels absolutely mint when on.
Off out riding tomorrow (that should please Mr **R1**) so will give it a good test in the riders seat...

It was a resounding success...no niggle, felt good, wore it for the whole 5 hours we were out.
Anyone with lower back ache/pain while riding, get ya'self one of these.

Good to hear. spent my afternoon going up and down muriwai beach on my wee thumper. I think lower back support wouldnt go astray...
