yep, its either right click on the desktop as per the screenshot, or there will be a graphics properties icon on your desktop (if tis abudget intel card or something) which will also have the setting. If it is an ATi or NVidia card, there will be a proprietary bit of software (ati catalyst control centre or the nvidia equiv) - that will also have it in.
