Hang in there GM, you may, or may not, have hit the bottom yet. The only way you are going to know is when things start getting better - and the good thing is they invariably do.

Keep at it GM, you only get one chance at life so you should live it in the way you want, taking control rather than letting it happen to you seems like a pretty good option to me.
I end up behaving like a twat when I drink and I'm well over behaving like a twat, simple choice really.

4 days and its hurting? Dear god but you are doing the right thing..... Replace 1 habit with another. I'm guessing all the house works up to scratch by now, time to hit the gym?

...anything in moderation...dependance is a big word and also sometimes a crutch...to hold to the decision of the intellect as opposed to the one of emotion will oft see one through...and everything that follows the word 'but', is probably bullshit...

So, its been a week without drink. I still want one. I spoke to someone about it, and apprently I'm not doing too badly. Considering I stopped drinking coffee on wednesday too, and nobody has died from annoying me. Yet.

Little steps there GM, you dont want to be trying to cut everything out all at once( unless you are mentally strong enough). Good on you though, life is too short to be sick and broke all the time.

crikey GM, if you were having more than 3 cups a day they reckon you will be risking feeling like you have a hangover without the booze. Water is meant to help flush the system and avoid the caffeine withdrawals. Goodluck.
