Got an inkling this could be Jimmy McNairs aka Whitetrash's old bike. Good horse, good luck with the sail.

Did he own it after it was one of the LG Suzuki team bikes? (Choppa and Eddie).
Yep it is a strong bike, makes my Busa look like an SV 650 in a straight line- got me two wins and a third first round of the Nationals at Ruapuna (in Clubmans), anyone wants a look at the bike in action can get the vid from the Nationals via Ctas live streaming, they covered all of the classes, only a couple of bucks per race

My best that weekend was a 1:38.7, on the bike for sale here, first proper race meeting on a superbike- on my new bike have pushed down to 1:37.1 pb (this arvo practice), still tryin to work out how to ride a superbike, but am improving each time out. How come?

Why do you ask? What relevance does asking what times clubmans is doing these days bear to whether I'm a supporter or hater?

Yup, that be my old bike.

We got it as an ex demo from Haldanes. It was the very first K7 Racebike in NZ. Motor is mildly tuned, nowhere near the power of the Suzuki NZ bikes but a whole lot less maintainence and easier to ride. Also had a Yoshimura clutch and EM Pro ignition when we bolted it together. When you say it's got a Yoshimura motor, I think you mean head because that's all that was done to it. Stock it had 159hp on Clees Factory Pro dyno, after the mods 183hp when fresh. The exhaust is a cheap and nasty stainless Yoshi 4 to 1.

Eddie bought it as a "B" bike to his Suzuki NZ bike for the 08-09 season. We used it as the pillion bike for the LG Corporate day at Pukekohe with me riding, Shane Camerons manager Ken was squealing like a 6 year old school girl with a skinned knee all the way over the hill and wheelieing down the front straight.

I love that fucken bike, would have it back in a heartbeat but I'd say she's due a freshen up by now. Where'd the TTX go outta the rear?
