    K5 GSXR1000 tail on a busa

They have kits around but wanted to know if anyones done it themselves and is it really that hard?

If you want the opinion of somebody who hasn't done it themselves, post some links to the kits, and some pics of tail and busa. Should be able to give you some idea of what needs to be done to get a good fit.

Seen plenty of both TLRs and S with gixxer tails done with no kit so a busa with kit would be pretty easy im guessing, only problem i can see is that the front of a Busa is just as ugly as the back so will need attention,a Gixxer front guard would be a good place to start.

Have seen a SP2 tail on a TLR, that looked awesome... TLR's have horny fronts so no need to change that
