There have lots of mention on the radio down here of a Black Panther sighted near Cromwell, and there have been numerous sightings of a large cat in the Lindis area. To top it off we have had a sheep go missing about 4 months ago.

I'll see if I can catch anything on camera in the next few days.
    Time to ride

I'm guessing Maha & crew will be keeping a close eye out saturday!
Rumour has it there has been an electric eel spotted sunbathing in the long grass near the breakwater....

    Update:

Police have just released these before and after pictures taken Yesterday at a Taranaki beauty spot.

Nearby Trampers were horrified when they saw local biker Mr Idont Givveafook aproach the Lions with his leftover Zebra sandwiches held at arms length.

Mr James, an eye witness, said " The biker offered the lions his sandwiches saying they were too hard to swallow. Apparently this was not the case as He stood and watched the legendary Lions devour the sandwiches and Mr Giveafook"

Mr James went on to say his thoughts were with the family and wondered if it was too soon to make an offer on the Bmw1200 gs.

Police said they will investigate the incident in time but were currently a bit 'stretched' investigating rumours of a motorist doing 103kph on SH3.
