Checa for the double this weekend. Max to crash (at least one DNF) and the points table to tighten up...
"...New Zealanders, for all their faults, have virtues that are precious: an unwillingness to be intimidated by the new, the formidable, or class systems; trust in situations where there would otherwise be none; compassion for the underdog; a sense of responsibility for people in difficulty; not undertaking to do something without seeing it through - "

Now thats what a production based championship leader board should look like. Think it will be that close at the end of season.... IMHO think the Kwaka & BMW,s will only get better.
Personally would like to see Sykes take it for the green team.
    MOTO GP..pah........

Love watching the GP but given the choice I'll always go watch the Bridgestone Winter Series live. Proper racers those geezers and way more action.

Hehe. Only if they're prototype snails. I don't get out of bed the CRT snails.

It's awesome to see after superpole the top riders dropping down the grid to give some of the other riders a chance.....

So tonight is my first time watching (read: paying proper attention to) a WSB race, as I'm normally a MotoGP regular.

Man, they really throw those bikes around! So much more movement, twitching and sliding from the bikes up front. Lots of far riskier overtakes, it's all a bit strange really. WSB seems much less more... refined? Elegant? than MotoGP. It's a strange sight.

Do you all prefer this style of racing to the prototype class?

It's all racing motorbikes. I like all of the different classes/competitions at the top level.

i've only watched race one but that was great, especially becuase the big boys had to ride hard from the 3rd or 4th row on the grid. made for great viewing. felt for Sykes though, hope they get that Kwaka sorted, although the BMW's had issues as well so maybe just tyres?...

See if you can track down a clip of the second race from Donnington... that's a hoot.

My favorite incident from todays racing was when Giuliani stuffed Sykes only for Tom to jam it back under him at the next corner lever him up and escort him wide to the ragged edge of the rumble strip hold him there and then give him the "death stare"

So who's brave enough to bet against Biaggi taking another title ?
He looks pretty hungry and focused and the team seem to have hidden the Nos bottle well ?

You'd never go hungry with Nigella Gaz.
If it weren't for flashbacks...I'd have no memory at all..
