Looks like I may just make Tokoroa this year![]()
Wont be at Mount Welly now. Your port is safe, for now Mr Henk.
Heading up to the garage to pack up now. Looking forward to seeing all the AK posse for some bullshit and racing. Or Racing and Bullshit. Whatever! There will be plenty of both.
Damn you've just given Malcolm some amo for Taumarunui

So the first round came and went and all I could do was watch. Have to say it was mighty entertaining from the sidelines as the usual North Island series dramas unfolded - Richban failing to qualify due to throwing a chain, Rick blowing a head gasket and then the second bike refusing to play ball, Tim highsiding the beast, Dave crashing out of third and so it went on. Crazy agressive but clean racing, was great to see the out of towners weren't afraid to stick it up the inside through the sweeper! At the end of the day Nathaniel reigned supreme, with Gavin finishing all races in the top three. Seriously good racing![]()
Bloody Great day and a I'll speak for all the GPR team we had a blast today well worth the trip up.
Well run meeting thank cully, Steve, Henk and the rest of the AMCC team (and sponsors) that ran a great day and set a great tone for the series.
IOU beers to The ESE team for opening up the workshop for bike storage and fun on Friday night....
Shame no 2hour Sunday. But few injuries that necessitates a long slow trip south.
Look forward to round two.
I second the sentiments of Bert, awesome meeting, and once fully recovered, there will be video to come. Serious thumbs up to all involved, that will be a hard act to follow. Can't wait for round two!![]()
