Here's a thread for the vertically challenged bikers
I once broke both the bones in my left forearm had the cast up past my elbow so couldn't ride... couldn't even hold the handlebars haha

Cheers for that! Always good reading! I'll have to send it to my old man who at 5'6 has legs that are no longer than mine and significantly less flexible hips...
You must have had quite some adventures then! Mind you, I know a woman called Ngaio who I believe still rides a Yamaha 230 and manages to injure herself almost constantly. She's an adrenaline junkie... Her poor doctor made the mistake of mentioning that skiing and dirt biking are actually possible in a moon boot to which Ngaio nearly exploded with joy and her doctor rued ever mentioning anything. Knee surgeries and broken noses and she still heads out. Quite a woman!
To this day I've only had that one broken bone and I don't plan to add to it! Although I'm not sure who actually does plan for it... Joys of biking!
I love the hills, I love the corners, sometimes I even love the bogs. I will never love having to finish a ride without a front brake or a clutch lever.
Hear hear!
All part of the fun and games is that one!
