I grew some chillies one year - known as "gringo killer" for some reason.

I gave some to the dude in the local Thai shop. He told me they were too hot. So I got him to make me one of his Thai dishes using the GK's. He was right. They were too hot. Still too hot the next morning as well. IYKWIM.
