What model had points on the right hand side on gearbox?

Every model did .... the SR500 road version had 12v CDI unit without points which some people converted to thier XT/TT's , owned 9 XT/TT's over the years & still have a 77 XT500 VMX & 2 TT500's 1980 & a 1981 which all have point's & have never being a problem ... Both TT's are Motarded & do 100MPH all day very day on the road with this system .... Works for me !
