What's the progress update????? I heard that the conversation may involve a lot of swearing!!

So, while you guys are on the Sprit of Buckets - discussing blow down jobs, porting your rear port, four sided dice and going to the RSA.
I've been daydreaming and digging through boxes of bucket parts...
And having a wee think about new MOMs (Hummmm young MOMS...)...

How about a hossack front end.
Seymour can we machine up something funky???

And yes, before the questions start.
It is a R150 fuel injected beast.
First note the sprocket spline is the same as the RS125 so the 415 sprockets fit.
Second note: the engine had been framed up for a Kart (16g steel base), MOMs first tick.

watch out boys: I've got some un-finished business with the sidecarGP (20 years on)...
I am a bit worried about the rigidity of the tape measures, maybe you should use fibreglass ones?
Can you not tilt the engine forward 90 degrees also you won't need to worry about the countershaft height.

Was a bit worried there that it took you so long to get a 110cc watercooled rocket made.

One week, were you asleep half of it?

Had to cross check with MOMs... She knows best - even if she's speaking a different laugange or suffering Alzheimer's and forgets bits...

No problem with countershaft high - plenty of clearance around the casings.

You have been a busy boy over the past couple of days.
So is this one of the magical TF100 with the massive 6petal reed blocks all watercooled.
I know you were talking about it but man that was fast work.
Right it must need a rebore seems as the original cylinder has been sitting for a couple of decades - straight to 52mm kart pistons buddy.

    .
I think you missed what I meant, why not lay the engine down? it won't mater if the countershaft ends up high.

Na I got it, but I don't think it offers much and likely more headaches oil wise.
But maybe the twostroke might end up in there for the GP.. Big bored and vortex 24mm carb..

I am not concerned with issues.........that's the mechanics problem not the designers.
If I was to suggest a rule change for moms it would be 250 2v engines.
That way it would free up more parts.
Imagine the hate that would create..........

Inline 4s... the sound would be amazing.

But, putting mr senseable's hat on: I suspect that frames and brakes wouldn't be up to it.
180cc/200cc single 2 valve might be more realistic...
