I really enjoy catching up with everyone (beer in hand) and will likely attend to do this..

But I'm still sour about what went down last year.
Being the one on the corner with the flag (missing the the critical bit) unable to supply a definitative yes/no to the Steward/CoC- it has sadden me that it all degraded to the polar views & outcome on the day and afterwards.
Everyone is entitled to their own views and likely saw things differently from a different angle: but the call was made and the outcome was right for the information provided.
It just showed how serious people are actually taking things.

Then, a protest at the Auckland two hour... Fck me...

Thus i see movement down the slippery slope...

Again time was the issue Dave.
The lifestyle job in local government is a 100% of my lifestyle (consumes far more time than it should) - but the payoffs in terms of involvement and personal enjoyment has been amazing. I guess it just depends on what side of he bed I wake up on...
all grey bikes have a min weight and allow rm 85 and crf150 etc in , ND bike add 30 kg witch is way less than my weight , prombley 65kg bike 70kg rider with gear +30kgs= 165 , a rule like that would not efected most derbi -rm85 -crf riders
just make the racing more close
    i'm over buckets

If the pic you posted is jerry's replica as i think, none of the head or barrel shapes say Suzuki to me. The only remotely similar thing is the two oil gallery hex plugs on the end of the head. Looking at the end caps it is possible it may have lever cam followers with a narrow valve angle rather than the OE Honda direct buckets and wide angles.
It is possible however for Jerry to have cast up head and barrel using GSX250/400 valves and followers - the GSX400 air cooled four has a good head shape but piss poor bottom end.
I am not sure what it is but I suspect it is another head with home cast cambox covers I just noticed the GSX 250 is center camchain so unlikely to be that or CB77 or similar

I cannot think of any motorcycle class that has a combined rider+machine weight and I hope to never hear of Buckets going that way.

That's on a heck of an angle. I'd like to feed the inlets and not stuff everything into the crank.

Getting the boost fed by the reed and making the b ports not feed the boost will bring some gain.
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.
