Did You tried it to run with bigger carb? Cylinder layout is like a Rs125 but AC?

not yet but want to see what a standard kr150 carb would run like ? 28mm over the 24mm we have on it , porting is backed off over stardard rs125 porting to try get more torque from the engine , think to much hp may cook the engine with to much power?

The rules for the AC 125'S are only a EQ of a 24mm carb is allowed.
That's why TZ350 has run the plenum and the injection and the venturi carb

Did talk the other night about putting a 28mm carb on there (as it should go on easily), just to get a quick idea where it sits with an RS125. Not quite the carb size to get a full picture, but it would give us a figure to extrapolate further.

A little more work would have to go into getting a 38mm carb to fit correctly. And secretly, I don't think it would suit our set up, probably go backwards because of our choice in pipes etc...

Still would be very interesting for sure.

Ha ha. Love it. Many years ago in the 50 frenzy maze paddock races in Tauranga. We raced a bog stock rd50. Always won the stock races. 2 hours of sideways thrashing. so much fun. Poor we things.
