Little bit of Genetic modification, don't tell the bio-security people!

When I saw this on Friday last, it was nothing more then a lovely frame, I hear it may have progressed somewhat immensely since then. Watch this space!

    Re birth of GPR002.
Back to where we all start. In fact maybe back to the origins of the new generation super buckets.

I've been a a little bit of a loss now cricket has finished (sport chosen to loose some weight and fit my race suit again) and all the paper work for VMCC winter series has been handed over (and man chores are done)...
Today I've been banished from the house. So, what to do?

Well time to restart my R150 project.
The engine has been sitting under the bench for 18months, plus a box of goodies. Aftermarket programable fuel injection ECU, larger throttle body, cams, big valve head.
It was destined for a sidecar project.
But you can never have too many F4 bikes.

I've been considering asking GPRNZ to build a new frame. But, this lovely little engine fits into old trusty GPR002.

Those that rode the original GPR100, will know this frame is one of the sweetest handling setups that GPRNZ ever built. Mated with a killer R150 water cooled engine - this combo is destined for great things.

    Game on.

Riding the 100 opened my eyes. What it really needs is a nice 100cc TZR engine.
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.

Edgecumbe stop banks just been breached, looks like you might need outboards to complete the NI Series.

Is that a breach of the rules? Seems not in today's light...

    Haha the water puns...

Sucky time to be a hydrologist- thoughts go out to the communities effected this week.
Maybe we should pack the wagons with shovels and spend Easter helping out?

But we likely need to dig Scotts house out of the land slide up the hill (what a fken mess that is).

Second time in two years at the same spot too. Scott might need to buy a bulldozer to get his kids to school.

Our river carpark at Ashhurst which cost around $500 000 is disappearing fast I see this morning, mother nature knows how to move soil when she wants to.

(They should have put the money towards a bucket track in hindsight...)

    Man that looks like fun.

That looks like a future GP track. Kinda reminds me of the old days, foxton, Taupo and on base.
The long sweeper looks like elbows down...
