Love the GPR-RSV400 (makes me smile every time I see it).
can't wait to see the fuel injection kit running.

And here's another GPR project (based on TZR250).
    just needs pipes.

    A rather busy little workshop.

I'll get back to you after 8:00pm

I have been a little inspired to bust out the CAD and design up a little bucket swing arm. Will send it through for inspection when its done.

Was thinking a simple version of the FTR swing arm.

    I want to see this.

Someone suggested using hyper works optistruct to design a frame.

    http://www.altairhyperworks.com/?Asp...ookieSupport=1

It essentially allows you to import a block of material and apply maximum loads, and then it will optimise the mass of the material against stiffness.
Carbon flat-plate bucket anyone? Kind of using carbon the wrong way I know but easy to manufacture.

Or use it to optimise a set of spun Al wheel halves. Kind of like the old astrolites, but actually light. Probably cheaper than buying RS wheels these days (Should be about 600 to do one set, or less if you did 2 or 3 sets). Do the post machining and make the hub yourself on the mill.

Bring on summer holidays and access to a proper workshop!
