Who would want a fuel injected, plain bearing, mega modern rev machine like that. Oh wait a minute. Me! Cat is out of the bag now. Must get mine sorted for the GP.

    More progress.

First attack on the exhaust, will come in on a tangent angle to the face on the next pass. Tricky little piece to machine, have cut back on my normal alcohol intake to put more noodles into the process. This little green machine is kicking along....

What CAM software are you using for your code?

    SolidWorks/SolidCam.

Have had experience with Rhino, Powermill and MasterCam, but this is the one freely available to me, and I must admit that it is quite user friendly (considering I am self taught). Each had their own quirks, but like anything, it comes down to being precise with your setups and thinking threw your designs and mill strategies.

Finding enough time to finish when you are getting on a roll is another conversation entirely!
