    Front to rear con version but the CBR400 NC23 is a little weak around the disk mounting for my liking.

    what are you using for donut dampers Scott? they look bought. My old NF4 RS ones are pretty tired.

    there just bought ones there ,but have made ones for rs wheels. we have made them out of urethane. they last very well

    A few years back when you'd see 7 to 10 RS125's at a canterbury club day, I was making the cush donuts up in urethane.
    Russ Bleach was ordering a good size batch twice a year - we had a good business going for a while.
    A lot of those chassis are now appearing in buckets and need the same cush rubbers....

    Talk to me at the BOB...it may be worth doing another batch.

    Sounds fair, when I bought a spoked hub off him 10 years ago it had no bushes, so he was holding out

    I've never tried machining something soft, I can imagine the funny side. I suppose one could throw some rod in the freezer & act quick.
