You do end up with a few more wires than your average CB100 bucket racer. My twin has even more though I have taken off the Lambda sensor & gauge for this weekend.

Nice looking engine. Far better starting point than the FXR but I'd imagine they may cost a "bit" more. Tuning the FI is a pain but only due to the number of options and tunable points in the tables.

the fxr is alot cheaper to make power like half the price if you were to pay someone , the ktm has more potential but needs to get there first

Thanks. Look forward to the day when I can put up some figures to go alongside the photos. Not sure what to expect, but the fingers and toes will be crossed that day.

What sort of hours do you think it has in it so far?
Not meant to be derogatory, but it looks eerily like a GT38O cylinder now.........

I would hate to know for sure. I am thinking in the realms of 200 hours. If you count drawing as well (and drinking...)

Would be confident in knocking the whole thing out in a week if I had to do it again. Big difference in prototyping vs doing many of.

But I will take a break before considering another!

That is nothing less than a piece of art. Who cares what it puts out. Well done I say.

For the record Qkkid was in my bed, not the other way round

Once completely tuned, I expect no one will have a dry crutch...

We are building up to billet machined cases. All good things come to pass.
