Waiting to see footage from David Bain's rear camera (if it was turned on), in the early laps of the BoB Gav, him and me were changing places a fair bit. Not too bad considering I still have no rear wheel grip, latest opinion is that my rear shock lacks some mysterious thing called dampening...
It springs up real good if you push down on the seat, it nearly lifts the rear wheel off the ground,,...it'll do for Greymouth though.

Could be, might tie wire it on for the weekend, seeing the cable ties weren't up to the job, never noticed it was just hanging there until backing up to park at the end of the race, good thing I didn't lose it eh......

You fella's been to the Monteiths Brewery yet? If you are in town on Thursday, I go for a beer a 4:30.
Have a couple of Imperial Pilsners ( the one in the 500ml bottles) not the Pilsner on tap, have a driver organised.

    Something for future consideration.

Honda GROM (MSX125) rear shock absorber, type is S36PC.
S36 = 36mm piston and high rigidity aluminum cylinder, P = piggyback reservoir tank, C = compression (pressure side) damping force adjustment with, shock total length 244mm, 40mm stroke

Very close to a FXR rear shock....

I liked the look of those Fastace ones they are rebuildable with the same size seals as a olins and Whitepower.....
I might actually tidy the floor up a bit. I are feeling a bit inspired actually. still think Seymour did it though.........
