    my bike bike was known as the beast 15 years ago but now l guess it is only the motor that remains l guess l better call it beauty and the beast lol

    May I ask if you could describe your process for welding together the head stock to the top tubes?
    I'm just wondering how you keep it all together, square and from twisting when you weld it.

    It's called a 'gig' or 'jig'.

    A post for headstock to sit on, and braces to hold everything else in the right spot.

    l would be letting it out the bag lol but l can tell you its done on a milling machine

    Sorry, I understand the concept of a jig haha. I was more so looking for a description of his jig, or even a photo for interests sake. I've seen jigs like the following:

    And was wondering if crazyman had done similar or used a smaller jig for just the top tubes and the headstock.

    l will have a look at the link . l do it more the tool makers way rather than the fab way. l have never see anyone do it like l do but you never know

    Haha I wish! When I finish the current projects, the next one is a bucket frame build based on RS suspension and a 2 stroke single so I am watching eagerly to learn what I can
