    2006 CBR 600RR wreck

    $1 reserve

2006 manufacture Honda CBR600RR. 20000k's on the clock. Selling entire wreck in one go. Not parting out as too much hassle. Pick up only.

De-registered plate A9JLD. Rego lists 2007 CBR, however this is 2006 manufacture.

    wrecked January 2012.

engine looks to be fine excluding fuel injection system and cracked left hand engine cover (stator cover). Currently under waterproof car cover. CRC sprayed into cylinders for preservation.

Front forks and front wheel appear fine but I wouldn't trust them without expert evaluation.

Probably not worth parting out because from the sounds of it the bike went under a truck! -> http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...post1130286508

I also like the way he used his alternative YouTube name as his alternative KB name.

holy smokes, just saw the trademe add haha..

left engine cover 'cracked' ... haha u mean its shattered into multiple clean seperate pieces.. with gaping holes inbetween.

maybe he is the king of understatement.. the frame looks soo fucked, head stock is split in half, front must have got ripped clean off, frame is bent and twisted, radiator is crushed..

where is the fuel injection n stuff gone? engine is gonna be mighty useless without that shit..

oh even better, there is a photo of the front forks.. twisted as fuuuuck lol, this guy is too much!

I think the ad should read "one careful lady owner, full service history, only used to go to shops. Dropped once but only cosmetic damage will cut and polish out"

A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

    Bowls can wait !

Looking at the frame, the motor would have to be checked out too, could be damaged where the frame meets the head. Wonder how much you'd get for scrap steel & aluminium?

Guess you'd get the rear tyre and shock??
Do us all a favour, by bringing yourself up to speed, before pulling onto the motorway.

I didn't know the auction was so misleading. I better try get it changed so people won't think it's a pristine piece of wall art.

Well on re-evaluation everything is fine, no changes necessary. If you think the spiel is full of evil, misleading and insidious lies look at the pictures.

Speculation and controversy, sounds like just the publicity ingredients for a bike wreck sale. I'll take it.

Are the wheels okay and the tail fairing?
