Sorry but IMO (not so H) Transmission Gully is well overdue. How bloody long did it take to complete the bit of road from the Basin Reserve to the Terrace Tunnel and even then it only goes one way.

Totally agree. This is State Highway 1, into/out of our capital city and it's an embarrassment.

The only way to really make a difference, imho, is to run a new road into the city.

I know and the cash that would have been used for the other 12k could be used for businesses to setup around the race track, amongst other things. Surely a 15k track is enough, let's not be greedy and throw all of the eggs into a single basket
