Lap of Honour?

When you have a minutes silence for the death of someone you know........usually anyone wearing a hat/cap takes it off in respect........so wouldn't this be the same in doing a Lap of Honour on a Motorcycle on a Race Track without your helmet on. Remembering that this is on a Race Track not an open road.

...parade of competitors,machinery...lap of honour...no helmets has always been the norm, you could wear one...but why would you...anyone's qpinion leaning towards, ' you should', is total shite...
