    WANTED - Buell XB9R ECU

I have a misbehaving Buell XB9R. The diagnostics indicate to replace the ECU so I'm looking for one from a wrecked bike or if someone just has one laying around they'd like to sell.

I might also be wanting an engine temp sensor.

If anyone knowlegable of Buell electronics thinks they can help me find an intermittent problem with the bike cutting out please send me a message!

    Cheers,
    Greg

Yup, have a PDF of the service manual.

The problem is intermittent. The diagnostic steps indicate to replace the ECU. I've focused on that area since it reports an error with the engine temp sensor (code 14). Of course just because it's not reporting an error on any of the other sensors doesn't necessarily mean there isn't something wrong with them. One would hope that an error code would show up if the TPS or cam sensor weren't operating properly. So I haven't but probably should go through the diag steps to verify their operation.

I'm also suspicious of possibly the regulator electronics as the bike always goes fine until it's warmed up and when electronics fail intermittently it's quite often related to temperature.
