Can anyone give me some advice about a personal grievance on a work 'mate'.

I had such a horrible day today cause of him I don't enjoy being called a 'Stupid fucken bitch' because he can't find a Jigsaw.

Go to the Labour Department. They know the law and the proper procedure to follow. Keep a work diary.

No one has to take personal abuse in the work place.

You mention a jigsaw so I gather that you work in a machine shop or such like environment.

If this persons behavour is such that he can bring you to tears then this is also a safety issue that your employer needs to address.

Easily fixed - you're having a work barbecue? Make him some brownies - using laxative chocolate - and tell all your workmates not to eat them! Tell him you are SO sorry for being a stupid fucken bitch, so you went into the kitchen where you really belong and made him a treat to show there are no hard feelings. Then remove all the toilet paper from the men's loos...

(When I read jigsaw, I thought you either worked in a toy shop or a hospital as a physical therapist!)
