And no hypens . . . having worked for a company with a hypen in their URL I can attest to what a mission it is for some people to grasp the concept.

    Name chosen and approved.

Many thanks to all that came up with a name or offered advice. I really appreciate the advice and support you have all given.

There are heaps of companies using "MPA", and one Motorcycle Parts Ltd- so that idea is not going to work- shame 'cause it was growing on me.

For reasons of chronic impatience, and a need to move on it before I talk myself out of it, I came up with a name. Many of you won't like it.... that's OK, my own wife doesn't. It's easy, it's quick, it's been approved (just need to sign the paperwork), and the URL is available.

    The name is MotoEquip Limited.

There was a Moto Equip Limited that was struck off earlier this year. I don't know the history of this company, and I can't find out. If it turns out to have a bad name that will hurt me by association I'll change the name. Apparently it's really easy.

Thanks again for all your advice.

    Cheers

    Sounds good.
Have you decided if your a wholesale or a retail company yet?

I've had 8 parts inquires since I listed my first part on Trademe last night.

Who knows,, It may not be long before I'm buying bits off you to onsell.

    all the best.

RR- I'm going retail, selling over the net and by mail order.
I can't see why I couldn't do wholesale for you- haven't given it much thought yet though.

Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

No really, I do! I take it the question you asked me in the 'cone of silence' has been answered now? I had no luck with my contacts.

No the question hasn't been answered- a bit frustrating really. And can you keep the cunning plan under your hat for a few more days? Ta OAB
