You may have made the product, but the extra you make is still money for nothing... unless of course you're only covering your hourly rate. The value add has been afforded to you by the market. I deal with it every day and I add value to a company who sells my services for vastly more than I get paid... but the market decides that value. There ya go telling me what I do and don't do, what my motivations are and then slighted for the amount of money I make for a company where you really don't have a clue. Impressive.
