Mt Maunganui historical knowledge required

I have three photos of The ocean beach and Pilot bay taken before WW2. I'd like to find a person or business in the BoP whos could give an estimation of when they were taken. The photos are 10" x 8".

The one of Pilot bay looking towards the mount appears to have a jetty about half way along the beach. jutting out into the harbour. Easier to see in the proper pic.

The other of Pilot bay shows all pre WW2 cars.

The one taken from the blowhole shows a high bare hill south of the blowhole.

If any BOP KB'rs know where/who I could take them to, so they coulld be dated, I'd appreciate the info.
