I bought my boots from 1tonne, I've had them for over a year now and I'm happy with them.

Which makes it odd that Quasi would come in here, completely umprompted, and scoff at a claim that 1Tonne gear held up to a bin on the track at 200km/h.

Only it's not odd, it's typical.

Clearly you cant read well and the scoff was also related to tigertugs claim of a 200kmph crash............perhaps school would be a good option for you?

I have 1 Tonne gear, and so does a friend. Its good stuff, and I was happy with it. Until I got some Triumph branded stuff on a ridiculous discount which I love to bits. Its definitly warmer! Can't say I tested how well any of it would stay together, or how water proof it is though.

Well knowing where he crashed and what he was riding I'd say if he was only going 200kmh then he was riding like a pussy

Yes, I expect that 200 seems like an unconscionable number for someone like yourself, who couldn't count past ten without taking his shoes and socks off . . .

It may have been riding him.
    I don't see how 200 is unbelievable though, I've done 160+ wearing jeans/leather jacket. I didn't explode/die (almost, but that's not the point)
