    Off I go

Wish me luck folks, hopefully this will be the end of my jobless streak. See ya when I get back unless you feel like riding to Coleman's for a quik meetup. Should be there around 12:30 till whenever I get bored.

    Later.

Colemans have a job opening he's going for.

They also have a Yoshi k4 1000 (with a few GSX parts on it). We're all going for that!

Yeah, they advertised (last week?) for a service department assistant.

I was tempted to apply for the job myself, but I have too much debt at the moment, and couldn't afford to ...
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

    Buggar...

Ok I txted the lad and arranged to meet him out by the big BP gas station top of the Bombay Hills.
Waylander spotted me and waved as he went by.
He stopped on the motorway for me to exit the BP station,
as he didnt pull in there as he was supposed to...lol.

So Waylander led some of the way along the motorway and then I led the lad the rest of the way into Colemans....
I chatted with Sarge and SpankMe while Waylander went off and did his thing. (he can explain that bit) We also checked out a few bikes.

I then took him over to Red Baron to check out the cost of something that he wants for his bike - looked at a few bikes...
It was nice to run into Stifarms and Girlygirl.
Of course it was jolly hard to get Waylander away from all the bikes.
He had to sit on a few... and now wants to test ride one...

Then up to Meet Mike at Mt Eden Bikes - had a chat and again looked at a few bikes.

Then off to see Lou at AMPs. - another wee chat.
There is a strange Harley Davidson in there.. very strange handle bars on it..
I have to admit that I don't like the bike... and its a very expensive bike as well.

I got hold of Pyrocam, and off to find his abode (yeah we got it slightly wrong.
But the lovely lady around the corner knew, who we were looking for.
She said there was a little blue m/bike around the corner and up the long driveway... Pyrocam has a wee admirer. She is so sweet.

    Off for hambugers and chips.
(Pyrocam you are right they are lovely and HUGE)

Then got the lad onto the motorway back to Hamilton, and I headed home.

Sorry Allun, we were gonna head out your way, but run out of time.

So now Waylander has been to many Auckland m/bike shops.

Fuck... Not likely to get the job at Colman's. Allistair said he was busy and with all he has on his plate the position is pretty much filled unless he calls me. So, fuck...

Still had fun riding around town and got to have a sit on the XV1700 Warrior at Red Baron. Keen to test ride it now. Crashe says I don't fit it though. By the time I can afford to buy it I will be though. Both of us agree that that big fat pipe is ugly as and way to quiet for my taste but I can always change that. Have to see about getting up there on a saturday to ride that bad boy.

Went by Mt Eden shop aswell, no openings there but the Meanstreak looked cool.

Went by AMPS and might be able to get a job cleaning the bikes. Hell I don't mind so long as I can afford the commute on the pay.

Ride home sucked. Lots of dust on the road that kept getting blown up into my eyes. Now they feel like they are on fire.

Anyway nice seeing a dew of you auckland folks I havn't met yet and seeing a few that I have met before. Even saw Spankme again just before I left. Me and Crashe were sitting at a light and then he comes through the cross street. I look over at Crashe and say, "That looked like Spank.." Decided it was since it was a guy in black gear and helmet and silver SV... Must have been him.
