    Are helmet cams banned?

If not, will it be a matter of time?

They're not illegal here, unless a cop could say that it's a dangerous accessory or something to that effect.

In his original video he bleated & mewled blaming everything but himself. It seems he looked down to check something on the mobile mounted on his bars when the truck braked. Grade A, fully paid up MUPPET!
There has been some discussion as to what the consequences would be for the truck driver. In this case I think the video is a good thing for him, seeing as how muppet posted it on you tube.

How does this article relate to banning helmet cams?

"Yes I do know I was following a bit close..."

The rider was clearly in the wrong. Not sure how this is even news-worthy

I know the rider was in the wrong - clearly.
"I was doing my blog and I wasn't paying attention". Because of him (and possible others), will it "become a dangerous accessory or something to that effect"?

I just thought I would share it - the guy is a right dumbarse

I think the phone on the handle bars was the dangerous accessory.
