Once upon a time in the deepest, darkest reaches of Africa
there was an illegitimate birth to the daughter of the
Tribe's Chief. The local missionary priest was summoned
into the Chief's hut where he found the Chief furiously
pointing at a new white baby, and demanding an explanation
from the missionary.
Flustered, the missionary said "Chief, there are many
unexplained mysteries in nature." But he could think of
little more to offer until he looked out the window and
saw a flock of sheep.
"For example," he began again thinking frantically, "take
a look at that flock of sheep over there. You'll notice
that all of them are white with the exception of one black
one..". Suddenly, the Chief jumped up and said, "All right,
all right. I won't say any more about the kid if you'll
forget about the sheep!"
