Nope. Main positive feed from the rectifier goes straight to the main bus after the main 30amp fuse that leaves the starter relay. The thing I cant figure out is that everywhere I test, it always gives me the same result voltage wise. If there was a drop in voltage I'd understand an earthing wire or faulty connector, but as it is, I can't find a difference. Still perplexed......Originally Posted by wildman

Jo and I took the Matchy out for a couple of runs on a back road yesterday and apart from a minor oil leak from the output shaft seal ( which I've been working on today and hopefully sorted ) it's all good. The primary belt drive seems to be behaving now so it should be all go for tyre smoke and backing into the corners
