Because I don't like paying for things to be done.

I just wanna couple vent lines cut into the surface for gas to escape. I thought it would he simple enough with a die grinder.

Fair enough, I do most stuff for myself as well. Make sure you cut the slots one at a time on each side and 180 degrees apart so you don't distort the disk...if you can understand my meaning. A little bit at a time should'nt distort the disc...sneak up on the bugger is what I'm trying to say.

Cheers mate. I get what ya mean.

Grind one slot, turn disk over. Repeat, rotate disk... And so on and so fourth. Four shallow cuts will be ample I think. Per side like.

Generally some very cool old solo pics and what not, but they threw in a couple of sidecar pics today.

hehe... the front disk has a bit of run out you'll be un-happy to know, Nev. Think it may have happened after you skimmed it down though as one caliper was dragging and super heating the disc.. I rode all Wangas and a few laps of Puna like that before we clicked onto it and removed the offending caliper. May have warped it again by over heating. Its still thick enough, maybe another skim down to try get it straight..

Got other things to work on first..

    She'll be right

Hayabusa isn't a sidecar brand you muppet, they realised at World champ level Hayabusa were rubbish too and went to 1000cc whereas the one pictured has a real motor (Two stroke) and not some filthy diesel

Thats because everyone else has realised there's far better engines out there, although big and lazy does describe Scrivy nicely
